INTEL CORE ULTRA 5 225 TRAY PROCESSOR

The Intel® Core™ Ultra 5 225 is a modern desktop processor from Intel’s Core Ultra Processors (Series 2) family, based on the Arrow Lake platform. With 10 cores and 10 threads, including 6 Performance Cores and 4 Efficient Cores, it is designed for modern gaming, productivity, multitasking, content creation and AI-enabled computing.

The processor features a 3.3GHz Performance-core base frequency and can reach up to 4.9GHz maximum turbo frequency. Its Efficient Cores can boost up to 4.4GHz. The CPU includes 20MB of Intel Smart Cache and 22MB of total L2 cache, helping provide responsive performance across a wide range of workloads.

Built for the new FCLGA1851 socket, the Core Ultra 5 225 supports DDR5 memory up to 6400 MT/s and provides PCIe 5.0 and PCIe 4.0 connectivity with up to 24 PCIe lanes. This makes it suitable for modern graphics cards, NVMe storage and other high-speed components.

The processor includes Intel Graphics with 2 Xe cores and supports up to four displays, while its integrated Intel AI Boost NPU provides up to 13 TOPS of AI performance. Intel rates the processor at 65W Processor Base Power and up to 121W Maximum Turbo Power.

This is the TRAY/OEM version of the processor. Intel officially lists multiple tray ordering codes for the Core Ultra 5 225, with TRAY as the shipping media.
