INTEL CORE I7 12700 TRAY PROCESSOR

The Intel® Core™ i7-12700 is a powerful 12th Generation desktop processor based on Intel’s Alder Lake architecture, featuring a hybrid core design with 12 total cores and 20 threads. With 8 Performance Cores and 4 Efficient Cores, it is designed to handle demanding gaming, multitasking, productivity, content creation and professional workloads.

The processor has a 2.1GHz Performance-core base frequency and can reach up to 4.9GHz maximum turbo frequency, while the Performance Cores can boost up to 4.8GHz and Efficient Cores up to 3.6GHz. It features 25MB of Intel Smart Cache and 12MB of total L2 cache for responsive performance across demanding applications.

Built for the LGA1700 platform, the i7-12700 supports both DDR5 memory up to 4800 MT/s and DDR4 memory up to 3200 MT/s, giving PC builders flexibility when selecting a compatible motherboard and RAM configuration. It also supports PCIe 5.0 and PCIe 4.0, with up to 20 PCIe lanes for graphics cards, NVMe SSDs and other expansion devices.

The processor includes Intel UHD Graphics 770, allowing display output without a dedicated graphics card when paired with a compatible motherboard. Intel specifies a 65W Processor Base Power and up to 180W Maximum Turbo Power under demanding workloads.
