Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
At META Computers, we want to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy regarding returns and refunds carefully.
Returns for Defective Items
- If you receive a product that is dead-on-arrival (DOA) or has a manufacturing defect, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for “change of mind” once an order has been processed or the product seal has been broken.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 working days.
- Please note that bank processing times may vary and are beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
